Dear Sir,
We, MCOT Public Company Limited, organized a meeting of
the Board of Directors No. 4/2007 on March 30, 2007
at 2.00 p.m. at the Meeting Room, 6th Floor,
MCOT Broadcasting Operations Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road,
HuayKwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310.
The Meeting has resolved to acknowledge the resignation
of Mr. Narong Chokwatana from the member of
the Board of Director , the Audit Committee,
the Organizational Restructuring Committee,
the Nomination Committee of MCOT Public Company Limited,
effective on April 1,2007.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will proceed with
the appointment of a replacement director,
who is legally qualified and possesses
no prohibited characteristics as prescribed in
the Company s Articles of Association, and will
inform our shareholders of such appointment.
