Dear Sir,
We, MCOT Plc., would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that
Miss Rosana Tositrakul, director, has resigned since 3 March 2008 due to
being elected as the senator of Bangkok.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will proceed with the appointment of a replacement
director, who is legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics
as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association, and will inform our
shareholders of such appointment.
