We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have organized a meeting of the Board
of Directors No. 8/2008 on 13 June 2008 at 11.00 hours at the Meeting
Room,6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road,
Huay Kwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok. The Meeting has
resolved to appoint Mr.Charupong Ruangsuwan as the Chairman of the
Board, and to appoint Mr. Nathi Premrasmi as the First Vice Chairman of
the Board and to appoint Mr.Tongthong Chandransu as the Second Vice
Chairman of the Board.
