The Meeting has resolved as follows: 1. Approved the Company's balance sheet and statement of profit and loss for the three-month period and six-month period ended June 30, 2008 which were reviewed by the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand (OAG) and the Audit Committee. The Company's operating results increased more than 20% compared to the same period last year. The Company's net profit in Q2, 2008, amounted to Baht 406 million, a 68% increase from the same period last year. This was due to a 29% increase of the Company's total revenue from TV business which went up by 45% compared to the same period last year and the continual improvement of sales strategies that are more responsive to the needs of clients and market. Besides, a 10-20% rises in advertising rates of Modernine TV's main programmes last year and early this year was very well received, resulting in an augmentation of advertising minutes sold and a rise of utilization rate in both prime-time and non-primetime programmes. Also, the Company has effectively managed its expenses, resulting in only 9% increase in the Company's total expenses compared to the same period last year. 2. The next Board of Director's Meeting is scheduled for September 2008 to approve an interim dividend payment for the first six-month period of 2008. 3. Appointed Mrs. Aranrat Youkong, Executive Vice President as a Company Secretary, effective from August 31, 2008.
