As Mr. Wasan Paileeklee has resigned form his position as the
President of MCOT Plc., effective from December 14, 2008.
MCOT Plc. would like to inform you that Mr.Wasan Paileeklee, has
resigned from Directorship effective from December 15, 2008. In this

replacement director, who is legally qualified and possesses prohibited
