Dear Madam:
We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have organized a meeting of the Board of
Directors No. 19/2008 on December 26, 2008 at the Meeting Room,
6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang Sub-
District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310.
We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors has resolved to approve
the establishment of an associated company for MCOT radio business, the details
of which are as follows:
Objective: to manage F.M 97.5 MHz Radio Station and other relating businesses
such as producing television movies and programs to be
broadcast through free TV and digital TV, producing digital music, organizing
special events and producing premium products.
Registered Capital: Baht 100 Million
Shareholder: MCOT Plc. holds 49% of the shares of the company while the
Group of Mr.Theerapat Sajjakul holds 49% and other group holds 2%.
and the Board of Directors has authorized the Legal Affair sub-committee to
check
any matter relating to the laws and regulations before signing any MOU on the
establishment of such associated company.
