Dear Madame,
We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have organized the Board of Directors'
Meeting No. 12/2009 on August 14, 2009 at 15.00 hours at the Meeting Room,
6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang
Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting has approved
the Company's balance sheet and statement of profit and loss for
the three-month period and six-month period ended June 30, 2009 which
were reviewed by the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand (OAG) and
the Audit Committee. The next Board of Directors' Meeting is scheduled for
September 2009 to approve an interim dividend payment for the first six-
month period of 2009.
