Re: Resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting on Interim Dividend
Dear Madam,
We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have organized the Board of Directors'
Meeting No. 15/2009 on September 24, 2009 at 13.30 hrs, at 6th Floor, MCOT
Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang Sub-District, Huay
Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting approved an interim dividend
payment for the first six-month period of 2009 of Baht 0.75 per share, the
closing
date of the shareholder registration book for the rights to receive the interim
dividend on October 9, 2009 and the payment date on October 20, 2009.
