Meeting No. 19/2009 on November 13, 2009 at 10.00 hours at the Meeting

Kwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting has
approved the Company's balance sheet and statement of profit and loss for
the three-month period and nine-month period ended September 30, 2009
which were reviewed by the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand (OAG)
and the Audit Committee.
