Additional Payment in accordance with the Colour Television Broadcasting Joint
Operations Contract
Dear Madam,
We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have organized the Board of Directors'
Meeting No. 19/2009 on November 13, 2009 at 10.00 hours at the Meeting
Room, 6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay
Kwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting has
approved the proposal of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited to pay
additional Baht 405 million to MCOT Plc. in one installment in accordance with
the Colour Television Broadcasting Joint Operations Contract. The Company
will later consider other related procedures as well as legal aspects in
relation
to the contract. The Company will also immediately inform Bangkok
Entertainment Company Limited of the results to be able to comply with the
contract.
