Agreement between MCOT Public Company Limited and Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited
Kindly refer to MCOT Public Company Limited's (MCOT Plc.) letter No. 6153/2369
dated 21 July 2011 notifying the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited's compliance with the Joint Operation
Contract of Color Television Transmission.
We have the pleasure to inform you that MCOT Plc. will enter into an agreement
with Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited on Payment
of Additional Compensation of Baht 405 million on July 22, 2011 (today)
at 14.00 hrs, MCOT's headquarter.
Under this agreement, MCOT will receive additional compensation of Baht 405
million from Bangkok Entertainment, which will be one-time revenue recognition
during the third quarter of this year.
