Notification on Resignation of MCOT Director
Change of director/Executive
MCOT Public Company (MCOT Plc.) would like to inform you that Mr. Somboon
Muangklam has resigned from his position as Director of MCOT Plc. effective from
December 21, 2011.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will then proceed with the appointment of a new
director, who is legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics
as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association, and will inform our
shareholders of such election.
