Change of director/Executive We, MCOT Public Company Limited, have convened the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2012 on January 24, 2012 at 13.30 hours at the Meeting Room, 6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Khwang Sub-District, Huay Khwang District, Bangkok. The Meeting has resolved as follows: 1. To appoint Professor Thongtong Chandransu as 1st Vice Chairman 2. To acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Prasert Kasemkomase from the member of the Audit Committee since January 24, 2012 due to the appointment of the Management Affair Review Committee of MCOT and appoint the following two members of the Audit Committee to replace the resigned members of the Audit Committee: 1.) Mr. Sutham Siritipsakorn to replace Mr.Prasert Kasemkomase 2.) Mr. Surachai Kositsareewong to replace Mr. Arttachai Burakamkovit who resigned since December 31,2011 The Audit Committee comprises the following Directors. 1) Mr. Premkamon Tinnakorn Na Ayutthaya Member Chairman 2) Mr.Sutham Siritipsakorn Member 3) Mr. Surachai Kositsareewong Member 4) Vice President, Office of Internal Audit Secretary The scope of duties and responsibilities of the Audit Committee remain unchanged. 3.
