Dear Madam,
We, MCOT Plc., would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that
Mr. Charnchai Soontharamut, Chairman of the board of directors and
Mr. Mr.Pongsak Payakvichien, Vice Chairman, have resigned from directors
since 8 February 2008 due to their other duties.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will proceed with the appointment of replacement
directors, who are legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics
as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association, and will inform our
shareholders of such appointment.
