We, MCOT Plc., would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that
Mrs. Wilasinee Adulyanont, director and member of the Audit Committee,
has resigned since 20 May 2008 due to her other duties.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will proceed with the appointment of a replacement
director, who is legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics
as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association, and will inform our
