With reference to the resolution of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of
MCOT Public Company Limited No. 2/2009 on February 26, 2009 to convene
the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders on April 24, 2009 at
13.30 hours at Studio 1, Television Station Building, MCOT Plc., 63/1 Rama IX
Rd., Huay Kwang Sub district/District, Bangkok 10310 and to provide the
shareholders with the details of the Meeting's agenda in advance, MCOT Plc.
would like to inform you that the invitation to the 2007 Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders both in Thai and English will be posted on the Company's
website at www.mcot.net/ir on March 31,2009.
The invitation to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, 2008
Annual Report and Proxy form will be distributed to all shareholders whose
names appear in the share register book as of the Record Date of April 2, 2009
for the right to attend the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to
receive the dividend.
