The Board of Directors resolved as follows: 1. Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited has fully complied with the following two precedent conditions specified in the contract. 1) Having broadcast its programs in the central and regional areas throughout the period specified in the contract. 2) Having improved its equipment necessary for its continuous broadcasting with the cost of not less than Baht 50 million. Therefore, in accordance with the above-mentioned contract, MCOT Public Company Limited agreed to allow Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited to continue the joint operation of the broadcasting of TV Channel 3 for another 10 years in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract. 2. Approved as the Coordinating Committee Under Article 22 commented on Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited's Compliance with the Joint Operation Contract of Color Television Broadcasting that Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited, the contract party, has fully complied with the conditions specified in the contract, but not including its network expansion which is still being discussed with the Office of the Attorney General. 3. The consideration on receiving an additional benefit of Baht 405 million from Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited is being reviewed for approval by related bodies.
