Change of director/Executive We, MCOT Public Company Limited, convened the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 20/2011 on December 20, 2011 at 13.00 hours at the Meeting Room, 6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting resolved to appoint Directors whose qualifications are suitable and benefit the company's business operations to replace the following Directors who had resigned prior to the completion of their tenure. 1.
