Change of director/Executive We, MCOT Public Company Limited, convened the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 1/2012 on January 10, 2012 at 16.00 hours at the Meeting Room, 6th Floor, MCOT Administration Building, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang Sub-District, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310. The Meeting resolved to appoint Directors whose qualifications are suitable and benefit the company's business operations to replace the following Directors who had resigned prior to the completion of their tenure. 1) Mr. Boontham Pigulsri to replace Mr. Jaturong Panyadilok 2) Police General Panupong Singhara Na Ayudhya to replace Mr. Nathi Premrasmi 3) Mrs. Yajai Pattanasukwasan to replace Mrs. Danucha Yindeepit 4) Mr. Surachai Kositsareewong to replace Mr. Arttachai Burakamkovit The appointment will be effective January 10, 2012. The tenure of office of the four replacement Directors is the remaining term of their predecessors.
